How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?
We deliver to all Egyptian governorates within 2–5 business days. Shipping is EGP 100, and completely free on orders above EGP 5,000 🚚
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay cash on delivery, by card (Visa/Mastercard/Meeza), mobile wallet, InstaPay, or valU instalments — whichever options are enabled at checkout.
How long is the warranty?
All our products carry a real factory warranty of up to 5 years depending on the product, with after-sales service nationwide. The exact period is listed on each product page.
Can I return a product?
Absolutely. You can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt in its original condition. Manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty for its full period.
How do I track my order?
