Shipping

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates with tracked delivery. Shipping is free on orders above EGP 5,000. Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on the governorate.

Returns

You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt in its original condition. Manufacturing defects are covered by the factory warranty for the full warranty period.
